Chief Sales Officer

Do you want to shape the future of decision-support software in the global defense sector? Systecon is looking for an ambitious Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to take full responsibility for our international sales function and drive our next phase of growth.
Systecon is the global leader in Life Cycle Management (LCM) analysis and decision support tools for the defense industry. Our flagship suite – Opus Suite – enables defense authorities and OEMs to optimize cost, performance, and availability across the entire asset lifecycle.
With over 130 customers worldwide, including the US Navy, UK Ministry of Defence, Boeing, Thales, BAE Systems, and Lockheed Martin, Systecon has built a strong reputation for delivering mission-critical solutions. The Role
As CSO, you will:
- Own and execute Systecon’s global Go-To-Market strategy, aligning it with corporate objectives.
- Lead and expand our sales organization across direct, partner, and agent sales models.
- Build strategic partnerships with global defense authorities and OEMs.
- Drive consistent revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Support M&A integration and new market expansion.
- Be an active member of the Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Who You Are
- We believe you are a commercial leader with:
- Proven track record in complex B2B SaaS or high-tech sales
- Strong international experience, preferably including the US defense market
- Experience scaling and leading international sales teams
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or similar
- Fluency in English (Swedish, French, or German a plus)
- Experience in the defense sector or with mission-critical solutions is highly valuable.
